My favourite book as a child was J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings. Those books are every child’s lifelong dream all wrapped up into over 1500 pages of inked words. The quest for self-worth and an entire culture’s search to find it as a whole is simply entrancing. Somehow Tolkien takes this grand concept and turns it into something even a 6 year old can understand. Everyone cheers Aragorn on as he slays an orc, Frodo as he trudges up the slopes of Mount Doom, and Samwise as he helps his master along the way. I can’t wait for the day that our own culture decides to adopt this feeling of brotherhood.
The lack of religion in my life has left me to appreciate the importance of being alive here on Earth. In my opinion, there is no after life, so I try to live every day to its fullest and experience new things while I can. When I’m older, I plan on travelling the world with my wife, in order to witness all the splendor and beauty that many people miss out on. I love seeing new places and eating new foods. Even if there isn’t anything particularly interesting to do there, I still enjoy being in a brand new location. This, in my opinion, will lead to a very fulfilling life.
There are a number of things that I would like to change about my community. Certain problems exist that simply do not get fixed by the politicians despite constant promises during elections. If I became a mayor, I would definitely work on fixing the problems. One major problem is that every winter brings with it huge damages to the local roads. The main roads usually get patched up during the spring, but other roads, like those in my neighborhood are left untouched and in serious need of repair. I’m sure that everyone would appreciate it if I could fix all the potholes.
Stalking or cornering your opponents is not an easy task. But if you have ghillie suits that blend in the surrounding making you stealth, like what a chameleon does, makes everything easier to do. Be at your best and catch your enemies unguarded and defenseless because you came unnoticed and hit them without even them noticing that you already did it. Whatever the terrain is, you can achieve stealth with the right outfit together your tactics and movements. In addition to that, you can even hide your armaments while moving around to complete your stealth assassin moves and win the game.
At this point, I would say that my life is a work in progress. I have yet to experience everything that I would like, I have yet to graduate college, get married and have children. My life certainly hasn’t been bad, but at twenty years old I’m not at the point where I can say that it has been truly fulfilling. In all honesty, I hope that I still have that hunger for knowledge and culture up until the day I die. Only on the last day of my life will I be able to say that my life has been fulfilling.

I’m not Irish. And yet, I would love to visit Ireland. The rich history and the proud heritage of the people draw me. I want to see every mountain, every beach. More than anything though, it is the history and heritage of horses that I love. I want to see the direct descent of the Irish Draft and the Spotted Drafts. The ponies that are so sturdy they can carry a grown man all day across rugged terrain. It is a land that has produced some of the world’s most steady and sound horses and yet all the breeds from Ireland have such amazing personalities that you know the land itself must have forced only the best form them. I want to see Ireland, and I want to see it from the back of a horse.
If the world was to end and we knew the time and day of its ending, it would have to be a manmade disaster because God says he will not warn us of his return. If it has to come though, I would be glad to have a final hour to gather with my family, friends and loved ones and embrace one another for the last time with our mortal shells. I would take the time to hold my child and tell her how much she has meant to me and that she is why I kept struggling when I wanted so badly to give up. I would tell my mom that I am sorry for the pain I have caused her over the years and that she did a good job. I would pet my dogs and hug them to me, and wonder whether there was a heaven for our furry friends. Mostly though, I would pray because when there is nothing else sure in my life, I have always been able to turn to God and know that somehow things would be alright as long as I believed.
